Well after taking a vacation at the beginning of the week, it was really hard to get back into a routine these last few days. But I am making progress! And if I make it through today I get a little break. *sigh* Thank the Lord.

What I ate today:
Breakfast: Two eggs=) yum and coffee of course
Mid morning snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Mean Green Juice

My goals for today:

#1. Get up early enough to make a nice, healthy breakfast.

#2. Juice for lunch

#3. Workout. Abs Workout

#4. Water water water

Did I meet my goals for today??

#1. Yes!! Two yummy eggs for breakfast=) Feeling good!

#2. Yup....
